Cancellation Policy
We aim to deliver the best possible custom PC building experience. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to adjust our schedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee. If you provide your own parts, please ensure all items are compatible and in working condition; we are not responsible for defective or incompatible components. For builds where we supply parts, manufacturer warranties apply. All builds include a 30‑day workmanship warranty. Please back up any data before requesting a data transfer service, as we are not responsible for data loss. By booking, you agree to these terms.
