Refund Policy

1. Before Parts Are Ordered

  • If you cancel your order before any parts are ordered, your deposit will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

2. After Parts Are Ordered

  • Once parts have been ordered, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • This is because parts are purchased specifically for your build and cannot always be returned to suppliers without restocking fees or resale loss.

3. After Build Completion

  • Once your custom PC is completed and delivered/picked up, no refunds will be issued except in cases where:

     

    • There is a proven defect caused by assembly workmanship (covered under our 12-month service warranty).

    • The defect is reported within the warranty period and confirmed after inspection.

     

4. Manufacturer Defects

  • Any hardware issues caused by manufacturer defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by a refund.

  • We will assist you with warranty claims as part of our service commitment.

5. Special Order or Non-Returnable Items

  • Any parts or products marked as final sale, special order, or non-returnable by our suppliers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
