Custom PC Build Policy

1. Ordering Process

  1. Once you approve your Custom PC Quote & Agreement, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin ordering parts.

  2. Parts are sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure quality, performance, and manufacturer warranty coverage.

  3. Build time begins only after all parts have been received.

2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: 50% of the total build price (non-refundable once parts are ordered).

  • Final Payment: Remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid before delivery or pick-up.

  • Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from the date issued.

3. Build Time

  • Estimated completion: 5–7 business days from the date all parts arrive.

  • Delays due to shipping, stock issues, or unforeseen technical challenges will be communicated promptly.

4. Warranty

  • Manufacturer Warranty: All parts are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Service Warranty: 12-month workmanship warranty covering assembly-related defects.

  • Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, overclocking, third-party repairs, electrical surges, or improper maintenance.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Before Parts Are Ordered: Deposit is refundable minus processing fees.

  • After Parts Are Ordered: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • After Build Completion: No refunds will be issued except for cases covered under warranty.

6. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect the PC at delivery or pick-up.

  • Signing the acceptance form confirms the PC was received in working order.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Loss of data

  • Software issues after delivery

  • Hardware damage caused after delivery due to user actions or environmental factors
