With 20+ years of hands-on experience across Hip-hop, R&B, Pop, Chillstep, Chillwave, and beyond, we give beginner producers the expert guidance they need to go from scattered ideas to polished, intentional music — one session at a time.
Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and ours, please read the following policy before booking your session. Deposits & Payment A $35 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining $40 is due at the start of your appointment. No deposit means no confirmed booking. Clients may also choose to pay the full $75 online at time of booking. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the $35 deposit. No exceptions. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. No Shows Clients who do not show up and do not contact us will forfeit their deposit and must rebook and pay a new deposit for any future sessions. Booking Window Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same day bookings are not accepted. Our Commitment To You In the rare event that Icy Tech Solutions needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to your rescheduled session — your choice.
