Service Description
Personalized one-on-one technology training designed for beginners, students, adults, and seniors. Sessions may include support with: • Computer basics (Windows/Mac) • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Google Docs & Drive • Email setup and file management • PDF assistance • Device setup & syncing • Internet safety and digital literacy Each session is tailored to your experience level and goals. First-time clients may book a complimentary 30-minute consultation to assess needs before continuing with a full session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged at the full session rate. If the Tutor cancels a session, the Client will receive a full refund or may apply the payment to a future session. Services are instructional in nature and no guarantees are made regarding academic or technical outcomes.
